Unifor Local 2200 represents the maintenance employees of Coast Mountain Bus Company, a subsidiary of Metro Vancouver regional transportation authority, TransLink. Unifor 2200 shares a joint certification with Unifor 111, which represents the operators of CMBC.
The Local Union is comprised of Commercial Transport Mechanics, Bodypersons, Electronic Technicians, Partspersons, Automotive Mechanics, Painters, Tirepersons, Overhead Linepersons, Machinists, Welders, Masters, Controllers and Mates, Engineers, Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Sheet Metal Workers, Servicepersons, Interior Cleaners, and Support Workers.
The General Membership are the highest governing body of the Local Union, to which all other governing bodies are subordinate. The Leadership consists of an elected Executive Board and Executive Council.
The Executive Board consists of the President, Financial Secretary, Vice-President, Recording Secretary, and Three Trustees.
The Executive Council consists of the Executive Board and Property Representatives from Vancouver Transit Centre, Burnaby Transit Centre, Burnaby Overhaul, Hamilton Transit Centre, Port Coquitlam Transit Centre, Surrey Transit Centre, Richmond Transit Centre, Trolley Overhead, Facilities Maintenance, SeaBus, and Road Services.
